What is wrong with obamacare?
It allows people with pre-existing conditions to have health insurance. Everyone will have to have to buy health insurance yes. To people who say "its unconstitutional for the government to make us buy something". We have to have car insurance now, thats not a problem. No one says that that is unconstitutional..

the supreme court justices are wrong?
We require everybody who drives a car to buy car insurance. If you don't want to buy car insurance, you can just not drive a car. That same option does not exist for health care. If you have a serious accident and are rushed to the hospital, you will be treated whether or not you have insurance and whether or not you are awake to give consent to the treatment. Therefore, it is impossible to just opt out of the medical system. You benefit whether you want to or not. If you refuse to buy health insurance, that is equivalent to driving a car without car insurance. If something goes wrong, other people end up paying your bills for you. That is unfair.
Where in the constitution does it say george bush can pass the patriot act? Doesn't the 10th amendment rule that out too? Where does it say the government can "define" marriage as between a man and a woman? Where does it say the government can force women to have ultrasounds of their fetuses?
Only one of you made any sense in your answer. Please try to use logic. You did not "clean my skull." I added a little information to yours though.

Why don't people think they should have to buy health insurance?
I hear people saying that the reason they don't want Obamacare is they think they should not be
forced to buy health insurance. Why should everybody else be forced to pay your bill when you get
hit by a car or something?
hey smooch I don't know where you live but everywhere in the US you certainly do have to buy auto
insurance.

have got to get healthcare costs under control.
