How can I add my pregnant girlfriend to my cigna health insurances?

Question for those of you who have Cigna health insurance?
Not sure when husband and I are going to try and conceive but we are thinking about adding me to his insurance for when we have a baby. Do you know how much we would have to pay. His co-worker said last year he only had to pay $20, could this be right?? That sounds awfully cheap. Also do you know how much it would be per month to carry insurance for me & him, and how much would it be adding a child? My insurance is expensive where I work. I pay 90.00 a month! And it won't be good when it comes to having a baby. My co worker is pregnant now & she said when it is all said and done she would be paying $4000 if everything goes as planned...
