Health Coverage.....?
In the state of Oklahoma.... Is there any kind of discounted health insurance I can get??? My husband changed jobs, and I can't be covered because my pregnancy is considered a pre-exsisting condition... There is no way we can stay on our present insurance... The previous employer paid 100% and for us to pay is will be 800 dollars a month.. and we can't afford that... I know we won't qualify for DHS help.. (which I don't want anyways), because he makes too much.. I just feel like we are stuck in the middle of a rock and a hard place, because we don't qualify for one, yet we can't afford the other.... And I know that there is NO possible way we can pay the hospital and doctor cost ourselves.... I have to have a c-section again and that is extremly expensive....... Any ideas.. Please!!!!!

Mom has arthritis and can't afford health insurance, any one know of discounts?
my mom has both fibromyalgia and RA. She has had this for as long as I can remember, and I'm now 24 years old.My father has been the sole provider ever since she stopped working shortly after they were married. He is retired now and doesn't get much money, so that barely pays the bills, because to get health insurance for my mom would cost too much, and it doesn't pay for a whole lot. They pay for all her medications and doctor bills out of pocket. Another thing the doctor she sees won't put her on a permanent disability, for whatever reason I'm not sure of. But she can't even walk, she has to use a power scooter everywhere she goes or my father pushes her in a wheel chair.Does anyone have any information on anything that would help my parents pay the doctor bills? Discounts on RX or discounted health insurance? They have tried to get medicare but they won't cover her.

What is a discount health insurance plan for self employed in California who is an Urban Planner?
I know that certain trade organizations offer discount health insurance under group rates if you join. However, I am unaware of any groups for a person who is self employed as an expeditor--a person who works in the urban planning field filing cases. He pays a exhoribant monthy premium for his health insurance.
