What are good health insurance companies for children?
My son is going to be 18 months old on the 23rd. He was on medicaid and it ran out and was denied to get back on it because my husband "makes too much money" so we tried to add him to my husband's insurance and they said he can not be added until July which would make him 2. He is past due for a check-up and I have searched everywhere trying to find a company to give him temporary insurance and I can not find anywhere that will accept him. I only need the insurance until July when it's open enrollment.

Would you accept your 70 year old aunt's help to pay your mortgage?
She earns $2K extra a month from her Social Security a month and $5K clear in her job a month. She has $100K in the bank. She is on dialysis and has good health insurance. She is doing well so far on dialysis. She has no debt. Her rent is $2K/month. She has no credit card debt. She offered to pay my mortgage, but who knows how long she can do it. She offered to pay my credit card debt too. I'm newly unemployed and can't pay a cent of my mortgage. I expect to get a temp job within 60 days. But, what if I don't get one? I will have to default on my credit cards once I do find a job, as I won't be able to pay my mortgage anyhow. I would need, therefore, about $500/month from my aunt just to live, until I get a permanent job which may pay as little as my temp job. Would you accept your aunt's help? how much do braces cost without health insurance?
Most people say braces cost around 5 thousand dollars..is that true? Lets say you don't have very good health insurance, can you do a monthly plan? My mom said that they don't let people with "bad credit" have the monthly plan option. But to be honest, I really don't think she knows what shes talking about...because I barely ever go to the dentist, I have been telling her I want braces so that when I'm older my teeth will be perfect, but I doubt that will happen because they are too expensive.
