I have received one e-mail from DV Lottery (kccdv@dv-state.com) with the subject of U.S. Department of State - United States Permanent Resident Card for... How I can identify this is real or not? Please help me. The text is as following: Congratulations on winning a United States Permanent Resident Card through Diversity Visa Lottery.
