Urgent gum disease advice needed - How far along is it already? - Pics Included?
4 Pics here: http://imageshack.us/g/193/quadrant1.png/
I'm 25, male, white, lived in Indiana, USA my whole life.
Currently I have no health insurance, no credit, no car, no phone, and I'm in a tiny town (10,000 technically), and at least 30 minutes away from a few friends who I can hardly keep in touch with.
My gums are clearly infected, especially the 3rd quadrant, my lower left quarter. I'm especially concerned about a hard white bump under the front of my canine in my lower left quarter. It used to be this random tiny bump which I could just barrrrely tell was there if I rubbed my finger over it... and then after a really long time, it became a significant bump. It's hard and white and you can see it in the pictures. That same section of my gums started experiencing a very faint pain just recently and it is what really made me look in the mirror and see what condition things were in.
Also my gums in general obviously show signs of basically really going to hell. They bleed easily when I floss (which I essentially never did until about two months ago when I started freaking out at where my gums might be headed...). The gum line is also starting to lower on most of my teeth I think.
I haven't had a dentist appointment since early teens most likely. I can't remember for sure.
I'm only asking for very educated opinions on the matter. I do not want answers that only tell me to see a dentist, as if I wasn't aware. I know, and I'm seeking it.
I want to know:
-How far along is this? Is it time to abduct a dentist at gun point? (I'm just kidding of course, but is it that intense?)
-If I was amazing and brushed and flossed like mad, and swished listerine and peroxide all day long would it redeem the situation any?
-When I finally do somehow get to a dentist, what's likely going to happen?
-Do you have any suggestions on how to find someone knowledgeable about teeth and gum health when you have absolutely no resources?
How I got in this situation:
In late 2009 I was within a month of graduating an expensive private school with my bachelors, and was swept away by my usually decently managed anxiety and depression issues, and had to withdraw as all my friends graduated... and threw all that money away (so far). I spent the next year or two falling deeper and deeper, losing more and more resources and any advantageous positions I might've had. Now I'm completely fine again (I mean, as far as average human beings go), and have to start clawing my way back up in life with no car, no credit, no accessible friends, no phone, no job, and barely food. I'm pretty optimistic (thanks to rigorous meditation and cardio) though, but I have some tough challenges, especially regarding health things like my teeth and gums right now.
I appreciate any advice or just pure knowledge regarding any whats going on. I'm kind of freaking out honestly.
Thank you in advance, you Yahoo! Answers geniuses.

Help..rash on my wrist wont go away?
First off, I have no health insurance so going to the Dr really isn't an option. I have a rash on my wrist that wont go away. It is red, itchy and blister like. I have tried medicated gold bond. Did not work and the rash kept spreading I tried Aquaphor, didn't work. I have tried dry healing and it drove me nuts with how itchy it became. I looked up natural cures and have read a lot of stuff about using Olive oil. I am wondering if anyone has tried it and it worked? If not do you have any natural remedies that you have tired that work for rashes?
