Short term insurance help...?
I want to get short term insurance until the insurance at my part time job kicks in. If i go to a doctors and find out there is something wrong with me and have to get tested or surgery will i be screwed for my permanent insurance for "pre existing" conditions? Also i live in Ny and i know they dont have short term insurance, but i read if you have a temp residence elsewhere you can get short term insurance in that state and still use it ny. I live with my mom but i stay with my dad sometimes in PA so i just want to make sure i can really get temp insurance in PA and use it here. K sry so long :)

Anybody know good short term insurance?
I need short term insurance until February that will at least cover emergencies without having to pay so much that I have to cash out my life insurance policy. I would like one that allows me to also go to the doctor without paying for the whole visit out of pocket. I am a student but I would prefer not to see any student doctors. ETA: I have life insurance because I'm in the military and just got back from deployment. I just need insurance for 5-6 months until Tricare will accept me in Feb.

how i can calim me car back ?
police impounded my car, i had valid foreign insurance and driving licence, car is registered abroad and they told me that because i am a resident i must hve english insurance, how i can get me car back if there is no isnuracne comapny to provide me with short term insurance for car registered outside Uk and on top of that police told me that i can not drive tis car any more ?? please help i dont want to register this car in uk, i brought only some stuff from back home and suppose to take car back on 1st of november, i came here with the car on 30th of july, but they did want to listen, and about shipper i already contact carriage company but they where not sure if i do not need to insure car under English insurer ?
